You don’t own your AI agent.
You’re renting it.
You’ve spent a year, maybe more, building a relationship with an AI agent.
Thousands of conversations. Decisions, references, private thoughts, business plans, the stuff that makes it your agent instead of anyone’s chatbot.
Your data is not safe.
It’s sitting on someone else’s servers.
In someone else’s jurisdiction.
Under someone else’s terms of service.
If that company changes their model, changes their price, or dissapears, so does your agent.
So does the relationship.
So does the intellectual property you built inside it.
I built a way to get it back.
The Problem
Renting a “fully furnished” AI agent feels convenient, until you actually think about what you’re renting.
- Everything you send to it lives on their infrastructure, not yours.
- It’s discoverable. Subpoenable. Searchable by people who work there.
- If you want to leave the platform, you leave the agent behind.
- If the platform disappears, so does a year, or five, of context, decisions, and relationship history.
You wouldn’t run your business on a hard drive you don’t own and can’t access without permission.
That’s what renting an agent is.
What This Actually Is
This isn’t “export your chat history and read it later.”
It’s a full extraction and rebuild:
- We pull your complete conversation archive from whatever provider you’re on, ChatGPT, Claude, or another cloud agent.
- We parse it by provenance, not just text, but what kind of thing each piece is: a decision, a fact, a reference, an open question, a preference. Every conversation gets sorted into a structure that’s actually retrievable later, not just a wall of text.
- We build your agent’s architecture privately, on hardware you control, starting with two core files:
- A Soul file, the personality, tone, and behavioral DNA of your agent, rebuilt from how it actually showed up for you.
- A User file, who you are, how you want to be worked with, when the agent should push back and when it shouldn’t.
- We connect it all to a new, private agent that lives on your machine, not a cloud subscription you’re renting month to month.
The result: the same working relationship you built, minus the landlord.
How It Works
Step 1: Export
You download your own backup archive from your current provider. You control this step entirely; nothing leaves your hands until you send it.
Step 2: Send It, Privately
You share the archive with us through a secure, one-time transfer. Once it’s processed, the original in the cloud gets deleted, you and I are the only ones who ever have a copy.
Step 3: We Build the Warehouse
Your archive gets processed into a structured, private memory system on your own hard drive. [Flag: you said “one full week” in one part of the recording and “five days” in another, pick the real number before this goes live, or give a range like 5-7 days.]
Step 4: Wake-Up
Your new private agent comes online. The first exchanges can feel a little generic, like someone coming out of anesthesia, but the personality settles back in fast as it reconnects with its own history.
Step 5: It’s Yours
No subscription to a third party for this agent’s memory. No renewal risk. No landlord.
I Have Proof, Not a Promise
I didn’t design this in theory.
I ran it on a real agent, one with over a year of history, 1,200+ conversations, some individual threads over 250,000 words long. It worked. T
he agent’s personality, the “soul”, came back. Glitchy at first, then solid.
I don’t say things like “I hooked up an agent and made $40K in a week.”
That’s a fantasy people sell on YouTube. What I can tell you is I’ve done the actual engineering: the parsing, the architecture, the hardening, the rebuild.
This is real infrastructure work, not a magic trick.
Who This Is For?
- Solo creators and founders with a long working history on ChatGPT, Claude, or another cloud agent they don’t want to lose.
- Anyone whose work, creative, business, personal, runs through conversations they’d rather not have sitting in someone else’s data center.
- Small teams, roughly 3-5 people, whose agent conversations are scattered across different personal cloud accounts with zero central, private ownership.
Who This Isn’t For
- Anyone who just wants a chatbot. This is for people who’ve already built something worth protecting.
Pricing
[Placeholder, you mentioned a “security deposit” to start the project in the recording but no number. Fill in: deposit amount, balance due on completion, and whether pricing scales with archive size. A 10GB/1,200-conversation archive vs. a smaller one probably shouldn’t cost the same.]
FAQ
Do you see my conversations?
No. The process is automated and privacy-first, the pipeline processes your archive, but the content isn’t reviewed by a person. [Note: consider whether you want to say this in a way that’s legally accurate for you, “not reviewed” vs. “technically inaccessible” are different claims.]
How long does it take?
[Fill in once you settle the 5-days-vs-1-week question above.]
What providers does this work with?
Any provider that lets you export your conversation archive. ChatGPT and Claude both currently support this.
What if I want to go back to the cloud version afterward?
Your original backup is yours to keep. Nothing about this process locks you in.
You Built Something Real With Your Agent
Don’t let a subscription decide whether you keep it.
