Outcomes
By considering the experience and design suggestions, the client successfully customized the theme to resemble my final prototypes closely. While the design did not wholly match my final files, the outcome was significantly better than the original version.
Actions Taken
To help users achieve success, I conducted interviews to uncover common obstacles. Then, I analyzed the entire application workflow to identify bottlenecks and pain points described by users as their main issues. Using iterative design and client feedback, I created a new and improved user interface which I delivered successfully.
